✦ Apparel, Prints, Accessories:

Because we create each order just for you, all sales are final. Please be sure to consult the size chart (available in all product photo pages for convenience) before purchasing to ensure that your item will fit correctly. If you need to make a change once your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately as we can not guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to existing orders.

If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order, so we can resolve the issue quickly!

✦ Original artworks and rock paintings:

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. We would be happy to issue a refund less return shipping charges upon receipt of the item in its original condition. Original items that are received damaged will not be refunded.

Oh no! Unfortunately accidents do happen - so to help us resolve issues for you quickly, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will reply and request photos of the damaged item. After we review the issue, we’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

If we are not notified within this 7 day time frame, a refund or replacement may not be issued.

✦ Apparel, art prints, and accessories are shipped separately from original artwork and rock paintings.

Each apparel, print, and accessory order is made just for you! So it takes 3–7 days to create the items in your order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

✦ Original paintings and hand-painted rocks take 1-2 days for processing, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3-7 business days
● International: 10–30 business days

Please note, if you order original artwork in addition to apparel, prints, or accessories these items will ship separately.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Was the package left with a neighbor on accident?

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at a neighbor’s, get in touch with us via our contact form with your order number.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company to print our apparel, art prints, and accessories. They have facilities worldwide!

Our original artworks and rock paintings are shipped directly from the artist (Pennsylvania USA) to you!

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

✦We work with a print-on-demand company to print our apparel, accessories, and art prints. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

✦Our original art and painted rocks are made by me and shipped directly from the artist to you!

Any vinegar smell on our apparel is temporary and a byproduct of the printing process. Follow the washing instructions as printed on the garment and the smell will be gone!
